Total cost
Add duty, registration, development charges and maintenance. Stamp duty in Rajasthan is reported at 6 percent for male or joint buyers and 5 percent for sole female buyers, plus a 1 percent registration fee, charged on the higher of the sale value or the district level committee rate.
